Overview

At PlumaSpark, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Personalized/customized items are non-refundable unless defective
  • Clearance/sale items may have different refund conditions

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and authorization
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Include your order number on the return package
  5. Ship the package to the provided return address

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as PlumaSpark is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund. The refund method and timing depend on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Please allow up to 14 business days

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we'll replace the product at no additional cost. For size/color exchanges, return shipping fees may apply. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (certain stationery items)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be subject to additional return shipping fees and import duties. These costs are non-refundable.
